Return Policy
1. Eligibility

30-day window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Cards must be in the same condition you received them—protected by sleeves/top-loaders, no additional surface wear. “Lightly played” cards are eligible only if you declared that condition at purchase and include clear photos.
2. How to Request a Return

Email returns@ashwoodgames.com within 30 days, including:

Order number

Photos of the exact card(s)

Brief reason for return

We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days. RMA is valid for 14 days.
3. Shipping & Costs

Customer-paid returns: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error or transit damage.

Pre-paid label: If we mis-ship or the item arrives damaged, we’ll email a pre-paid label or reimburse your shipping cost.
4. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once we inspect and approve your return (within 5 business days of receipt).

Exchanges: Available only if the replacement card is in stock.

Store credit: Opt in to receive 110% of your return value as credit (e.g., $100 → $110), applied immediately upon inspection.
5. Restocking Fee

5% fee on returned singles over $50 to discourage frivolous returns.

Waived if the card is defective, mis-shipped, or damaged in transit.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Graded cards (e.g., PSA, BGS), sealed products, and clearance/final-sale items.

Preorders can only be canceled before shipping; once shipped, they follow the standard 30-day policy.
7. Transit Damage

Report visible damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, plus shipping reimbursement.
8. International Returns

Same 30-day policy applies.

Customer pays all return shipping, duties, and taxes.

Refund issued after items pass inspection.
